Delayed and Frustrated
Originally I would have given monsters but I decided Three stars only because the customer service was responsive and helpful. I ordered a set of flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary while I am overseas, and the order simply never delivered in the requested date and thee days later still said that my order was processing. I reached out to customer support and they were very quick to respond and very helpful which was great, but evidently my ordered had been cancelled because a local florist couldn’t complete the order. Luckily I accidentally gave my own number instead if the recipient's number, because they texted me over and over asking me to come to the door and noted that they had rung the doorbell over and over trying to get my recipient to the door.
