My sister told me about this particular florist and they were superior to anyone I’ve ever used! She sent me gorgeous flowers that lasted perfectly for 3 weeks! The most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever seen and I’m o er 70. I sent her a large arrangement for the Jewish holidays that she just loved too. Everything came beautifully on time too. I ordered a bit close to the date I wanted them to arrive and it still worked out. Highly highly recommended and I won’t be ordering from anyplace else!!!!!!

Have used this florist a couple of times, recently. The first time, the same day delivery was perfect. The second time, after realizing that the recipient didn't get the arrangement on the day I ordered,, I contacted the florist and found out that the order somehow got diverted to 2 weeks later. It was remedied and the arrangement came 2 days later. The flower arrangements are gorgeous, according to my Mom and her gang of women friends.

The flowers were not sent through James Cress
The flowers were pretty but not as pictured. Turns out my order was not completed by James Cress but by another florist that they farmed the order out to which defeated the entire reason I used James Cress in the first place. I have had poor luck sending flowers long distance to my mom through a 1-800 type but placing this order was just as disappointing even though I went through a trusted florist with whom I had history. It was very misleading and a bait and switch type situation. I will not do that again.

The first issue my order didn’t get delivered at all, which was blamed on a system issue which I understood, now I’m sure I will not be utilizing this company again.

I dont understand how the flowers delivered looked little like the order I placed. I ordered a loose arrangement with ivory, blush, pinks and purple and the flowers received by my daughter was a wood box with oranges, grreens and purple. The flowers were pretty and fresh but not at all what I wouldve chosen nor did they reflect what I knew to be my daughters taste. It was Springmix instead of classy elegant. Just confusing to me and my daughter. Will not order from here again.
