School & campus deliveries are available on weekdays only and must be placed by 1:30 PM in the recipient’s time zone.

Each gift is skillfully arranged and delivered by one of the 10,000+ trusted local florists in our nationwide network, ensuring every order is handled with care across the USA and Canada.

• Substitutions for flowers or gifts may be made to ensure quality and freshness, with replacements of equal or higher value.
• Same-day delivery is available across most U.S. and Canadian locations. Orders must be placed before the cut-off times listed above.
• Delivery schedules may vary depending on the florist’s workload and timing.
• Express delivery is offered for qualifying orders placed before the same-day deadline.
• All orders include a delivery fee, with additional charges for premium delivery options or special time slots.
• Extra charges may apply for weekend, holiday, or expedited delivery services.

Gift Baskets & Direct-Shipped Gifts

Gourmet gift baskets and other Dulcet Gift Baskets products are direct-shipped nationwide with free two-day shipping (no minimum) and are covered by the Dulcet Gift Baskets Shipping Policy. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for PO Boxes, military or international addresses, or packages shipped via standard ground service. For hospitals, hotels, and colleges, delivery is guaranteed only to the mailroom or receiving department. The florist cut-off times above do not apply to direct-shipped gift baskets.

Important: To ensure the prompt delivery of fresh products, our florists may substitute container styles or floral varieties when necessary.
