School and campus deliveries need to be placed by 1:30 PM on weekdays. Sunday same-day delivery is available only in the Long Island communities served by our own shops, on orders placed by 11:45 AM.

Outside Long Island a vetted florist near your recipient designs the arrangement from our recipe and hand-delivers it, in water rather than a box. The florist is confirmed after your order comes in; on the rare day no shop can take it, we contact you with options or refund you in full. Yes. Pick the date at checkout. Orders for a future date are scheduled and delivered that day; you do not need to order the day before.

For flowers, the driver leaves the arrangement in a safe spot at the door or with a neighbor when the weather allows, and leaves a note or a message. Deliveries to a business go to the reception desk or mailroom. If nobody can accept it, we call to arrange another time. Gift baskets follow the carrier's delivery practice and can be tracked with the shipping email.

Yes. Choose Store pickup at checkout, after the card message, and pick the shop, date and time. Pickup is free at all four Long Island shops.

Sunday same-day delivery is available in the Long Island communities our own shops serve, on orders placed by 11:45 AM. Through the nationwide florist network, Sunday delivery is limited to select major holidays; a Sunday order elsewhere is scheduled for the next available day. Holiday cutoffs are posted on the delivery page in the weeks before each holiday.

The fee depends on the method: local delivery from our shops, pickup, florist delivery elsewhere, or carrier shipping for gift baskets. Weekend, holiday and timed deliveries can carry an extra charge. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.

Both fields appear at checkout after the recipient's address. Use the message field for the card and the instructions field for gate codes, a funeral service time or anything the driver should know.

Most everyday arrangements run from about $50 to $120, with larger designs, premium roses and sympathy pieces above that. Every product page shows the price for each size, and the best sellers are a good place to start.

Seven to ten days for most arrangements with a little care: trim the stems on arrival, add the flower food, and change the water every two days. Lilies and hydrangeas last longer in a cool room; tulips and peonies are shorter-lived by nature.

Yes. Roses, orchids, hydrangeas and lilies with the stamens removed are the usual choices. Tell us in the special instructions and the designer will keep pollen-heavy flowers out.

No. Gift baskets are packed to order by our gift basket partners and ship by carrier, so they travel separately from hand-delivered flowers and the florist cutoffs do not apply. Each basket page lists what is inside and the allergen information.
