Fields of Europe Summer started with a simple picture in mind: sunflower fields under a summer sky, vibrant flowers as far as you could see. We added delphinium for the blue, button poms for texture, and kept the rest simple so the sunflowers stay the star. It's the first sunflower bouquet we reach for once summer starts each year, one of those bouquets we're sorry to put away once the weather turns.

Sunflowers, Delphinium and Button Poms: Sunflowers anchor the mix, with blue delphinium for height, button poms for texture, and statice artfully arranged to fill in the gaps. The sunflower stems arrive fresh and cut close to the delivery date, so they still have plenty of open days ahead of them.

Gold Against Deep Blue: The color story stays simple: yellow sunflowers against cool blue delphinium, with dark centers giving the whole thing some contrast. It reads more like a field than a florist's shop.

Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?

Close, but it's not an exact guarantee. We source what's freshest that week, so the sunflower-to-delphinium ratio can shift a little from what's pictured. That's true of most of our bouquets and arrangements built around whatever's freshest.

Do you carry rose bouquets instead of sunflowers?

Not in this particular design; it's built around sunflowers and delphinium specifically. If you'd rather have roses front and center, we carry separate rose bouquets built around those instead.
