Every December our shop fills with the smell of fresh greenery, and this one grew from wanting something warmer than another red display without any candlelight in it. We built it around a single candle because a little real flame does something a string of lights can't. It's become one of the pieces our designers look forward to building each year.

The candle's the whole point here, so this section covers sizing, care, and how delivery works around it.

Candle Centerpiece: What's Included: Every size includes one candle set low in the center, ringed by red blooms and fresh greenery. Sturdier stems sit toward the outside, which helps the whole arrangement hold its shape and keep the candle steady in transit. Long-lasting greenery, pinecones, and holly fill it out around the candle for a centerpiece built to glow at a table set for company.

Why We Went With Red: Red felt like the obvious choice next to candlelight, warmer and a little more traditional than a cooler palette would read. The greenery fills in around it so the red doesn't sit flat, more depth than a single solid color.

Choosing Standard, Deluxe, or Premium: Standard keeps it simple and compact. Deluxe and Premium step up in fullness around the same candle, so a bigger table gets a bigger ring of blooms rather than a taller centerpiece.

Where This Centerpiece Fits: This one is built for a dinner table first, whether that's a weeknight meal or a table set for a crowd. Set it at the center of dinner, or send it ahead to whoever's hosting.

Delivery to Your Door: Place your order before 2:00 PM in the recipient's time zone (the Sunday cutoff is noon) and same-day delivery is available in nearly every part of the country, thanks to our trusted network of local florists. Have someone in mind who lives farther away? Our relay service can still get it to them.

• Give it fresh water as soon as it arrives and keep it away from direct heat and sun.
• Trim the candle's wick before each lighting, and never leave it burning unattended.

• Our designers may substitute stems of equal or greater value if a particular flower isn't available that week, always keeping the red color story and the candle intact.

Is the candle real, and is it safe to burn near the flowers?

Yes, it's a real candle, set securely away from the petals so the flame doesn't touch them. Keep an eye on it while it's lit and trim the wick before each use, same as you would with any candle.

Can I get this in a different color instead of red?

Red is how we build this one, and it's really the point of the design next to the candlelight. If you're looking for a cooler palette instead, ask and we can point you toward another arrangement that might be a better fit.
