Gems came out of a request for something less predictable than the usual amber-and-rust centerpiece. Blue thistle against peach hypericum felt like the answer, unexpected but still warm enough for a seasonal table. It's become one of our shop's favorites for a host who wants their table talked about.

Not every centerpiece leans into blue and orange together. Gems does.

What's Included in This Centerpiece: Roses, spray roses, peach hypericum berries, thistle, hydrangea, lisianthus, and eucalyptus fill a glass cylinder vase, arranged by hand in our shop rather than a boxed floral centerpiece kit, with seasonal flowers chosen at their peak.

Orange, Blue & Green: Orange, blue, and green move through Gems in a way most centerpieces don't attempt, giving it a modern, jewel-box feel next to a more traditional floral centerpiece.

Sizes & Presentation: Choose Premium, Deluxe, or Standard. Every size keeps the same glass cylinder vase and jewel-toned mix, just larger as you move up.

Delivery: Same-day delivery covers most areas nationwide when you order by 2 PM in the recipient's time zone, or noon on Sundays. Our shop sends every Gems out the same morning it's delivered, which keeps it as fresh as possible by the time it's unwrapped. Our nationwide florist network also covers gift-givers farther away.

• Recut stems every two to three days and change the water to keep the whole mix fresh.
• Hydrangea and lisianthus are the first to show heat stress, so a cooler spot stretches their good days noticeably longer.

• Our designers may substitute stems of equal or greater value when a specific bloom isn't available, always keeping the orange, blue, and green mix true to the original design.

Is Gems a good fit for a dinner table, or is it too bold?

Plenty of hosts want more color than the usual orange and gold, and Gems gives them that without losing a warm, seasonal feeling. It photographs especially well under soft indoor light.

How long will the blue thistle and hydrangea last?

With fresh water and a cool spot, most of the blooms hold up five to seven days. Our shop can walk you through care specific to this arrangement at delivery.
