Second delivery to remediate error with first delivery was satisfactory. The flowers were fresh and vibrant.
First and foremost, it's important to my company and me personally to support worthy local businesses that serve the communities they are located in. After a lot of deceptive listings for florists on the internet that pretended to be local but were not - I came across Nature's Charm. It was legit and local. I was able to order flowers for a colleague late morning, and they delivered late that same afternoon. As little kids say, it was easy peasy from start to finish and the end product met expectations.
My mom really enjoyed the bouquet I sent her from James Crest Florist. The arrangement looked just like the advertised photo and she said the blooms lasted a long time.
I ordered this bouquet on three different occasions for both family & friends. The first bouquet looked exactly like the image on your website. The following two arrangements were similar, yet slightly unique based on the geography of which the recipient resided and likely the flower stock that was available and of good quality. All arrangements were stunning!
This bouquet from James Cress Florist team was perfectly lovely and everything it was supposed to be. We'll happily order flower delivery from this company next time we're sending flowers to Roseville, CA. Thank you for the beautiful work, JCF!
The flowers turned out beautifully and brought so much JOY to our favorite Red Raider!
Beautiful always! Will be using James Cress many times over!
Our friend loved the flowers and said they were gorgeous.
The flowers were pretty but not as pictured. Turns out my order was not completed by James Cress but by another florist that they farmed the order out to which defeated the entire reason I used James Cress in the first place. I have had poor luck sending flowers long distance to my mom through a 1-800 type but placing this order was just as disappointing even though I went through a trusted florist with whom I had history. It was very misleading and a bait and switch type situation. I will not do that again.
The flowers were beautiful. I also thank you for solving a problem. I am in New Haven Ct and didn't realize you were in NY but you managed to have the flowers delivered to our daughter who just had a baby.
Most elegant and beautiful display of flowers!!! Easy transaction, delivery updates, everything was perfect
Great service.
The “large” size was seriously so small. For that price is insane.
Small for the cost, and fidnt realize this wasnt a brick & mortor
Very fast delivery
Stunning bouquet, James Cress Florist delivered above and beyond better than the picture
