How delivery to Brookings works

How delivery works here

Delivery availability for Brookings is confirmed after your order is received. When a partner florist near Brookings can accept the order, they design it from fresh stock and hand-deliver it. When none can, we offer gift baskets, plants and boxed flowers that ship directly to your recipient. If no florist can fill your order and no alternative suits you, you are refunded in full.

Because availability is checked once we have your order, this page does not quote a same-day cutoff for Brookings. We contact you promptly if anything about your order needs to change.

What happens after you order

  1. We look for a vetted florist partner near Brookings who can accept a delivery on your date, one of 10,000+ shops in our nationwide network.
  2. If one accepts, they design your arrangement from fresh, in-stock stems and a real person hand-delivers it. If a stem is unavailable, they substitute one of equal or greater value in the same style.
  3. If no partner can take the order, we contact you with direct-shipped alternatives (gift baskets, plants, boxed flowers) that reach Brookings by courier.
  4. If nothing suits, you are refunded in full, and every order carries our 100% Smile Guarantee.
