Sympathy & hospital deliveries in Madras

Common delivery destinations in and around Madras, with the details our partner florists need to get an arrangement to the right place. For a funeral service, put the service date and time in your order notes; for hospitals, include the patient’s name and unit.

Funeral homes we deliver to

Add the funeral home name, the service date and the start time to your order notes. Standing sprays, wreaths and baskets are delivered ahead of the visitation; smaller arrangements can go to the family home instead.

Hospitals & medical centers

Include the patient’s full name and, if you know it, the room or unit. Many ICU, cardiac and oncology units do not allow fresh flowers, so a plant or gift basket is the safer choice for those units; add a phone number so the florist can check with the desk if needed.

Senior living & nursing homes

Add the resident’s name and, if you know it, the wing or apartment number. Deliveries go to the front desk and staff bring them to the resident.

Cemeteries & memorial parks

For a graveside service, order the day before where possible and note the section or plot and the service time; the cemetery office sets where arrangements may be placed.

How delivery to Madras works

How delivery works here

Delivery availability for Madras is confirmed after your order is received. When a partner florist near Madras can accept the order, they design it from fresh stock and hand-deliver it. When none can, we offer gift baskets, plants and boxed flowers that ship directly to your recipient. If no florist can fill your order and no alternative suits you, you are refunded in full.

Because availability is checked once we have your order, this page does not quote a same-day cutoff for Madras. We contact you promptly if anything about your order needs to change.

What happens after you order

  1. We look for a vetted florist partner near Madras who can accept a delivery on your date, one of 10,000+ shops in our nationwide network.
  2. If one accepts, they design your arrangement from fresh, in-stock stems and a real person hand-delivers it. If a stem is unavailable, they substitute one of equal or greater value in the same style.
  3. If no partner can take the order, we contact you with direct-shipped alternatives (gift baskets, plants, boxed flowers) that reach Madras by courier.
  4. If nothing suits, you are refunded in full, and every order carries our 100% Smile Guarantee.
