Description

Grandparents Day calls for something warm rather than flashy. Our designers answer that with a florist choice bouquet built from whatever's freshest that day rather than a fixed recipe, often leaning soft and a little old-fashioned since that tends to suit the occasion. Six gift tiers, Standard through Masterpiece, give you room to go simple or go all out.

It works whether you're a grandchild sending a first gift on your own or a parent helping the kids pick something special. There's no single fixed look here: some orders lean into soft pastels, others into deeper, richer color, always shaped by what's fresh that morning. It suits a kitchen table, a porch, or wherever grandma keeps her favorite vase. It's a simple way to express love and decide on a gift that says more than a card.

Our designers hand-arrange every piece in the shop, continuing a practice that dates back to 1903. Same-day delivery in most areas nationwide is available for orders placed by 2 PM in your recipient's time zone (Sundays by noon), handled through our trusted local florist network. If grandma or grandpa live further away, relay delivery gets it there.

Inspiration

This one is for the grandparent who'd rather have something a little old-fashioned than trendy. Our designers treat each order as its own small project, leaning warm and soft more often than bold, though the exact stems always depend on what's fresh. It's what people choose when they trust our eye more than their own for this particular gift.

Additional Info

Traditional in feel, never quite the same bouquet twice.

Our Freshest Flowers for Grandparents: Every order draws on whatever's freshest that morning, chosen by our designers rather than picked from a catalog page. Since the exact stems vary, so does the color story, though it usually leans warm and gentle.

Colors: Whatever's Freshest: There's no one fixed palette here; some orders lean soft and pastel, others richer and deeper, depending on the day. Mention a preference when you order and we'll do what we can to match it. Expect gentle pinks and soft whites most often, with the occasional oranges and sometimes a rose or two, always beautiful.

Sizes, Standard Through Masterpiece: Six tiers, Standard, Deluxe, Premium, Wonderful, Amazing, and Masterpiece, scale the same idea from simple to full-on impressive. Choose based on the occasion and how big a gesture you're after. Choose whichever size fits your budget, and every option comes with the same care and quality.

When to Send This for a Grandparent: Grandparents Day is the obvious pick, but birthdays, a thank-you, or just because all work too. It's a fun way to let them know you were thinking of them without a big production.

Delivery: Same-day delivery in most areas nationwide is available for orders placed by 2 PM Monday to Friday or 12:45 PM Saturday in the recipient's time zone, handled through our trusted local florist network. If grandma or grandpa live further away, relay delivery gets it there.

Designer's Choice - Grandparents Day – Flower Care

Recut each stem at an angle and change the water every few days to help things along.
Kept out of direct heat, most orders still look good well past the first week.
Our team hand-delivers with style, so what you receive still feels like a true bouquet and a proper flower arrangement.

Substitution Policy

Because we build this fresh to order, substitutions come standard rather than as an exception, always at equal or greater value.
The warm, thoughtful feel of the piece stays consistent no matter which stems make the cut.

Sizing and Delivery for Grandparents Day

Can I request soft, pastel colors instead of anything bold?

Yes, just mention it in your order notes and our designers will lean toward softer tones where stock allows. There's no fixed palette, so preferences genuinely help us match the gift to the person.

Can I add a personal note for my grandparent?

Of course. Add a message at checkout and we'll tuck it in with the flowers. It's a small touch, but it tends to matter more than people expect for this particular occasion.
