How local delivery works
How does delivery work outside Long Island?
A vetted local florist partner near your recipient designs the arrangement from fresh stock and hand-delivers it. We choose the partner by location and track record, and every order carries our 100% Smile Guarantee.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes. Order by 2:00 PM Monday to Friday or 12:45 PM Saturday in the recipient's time zone. On Long Island our own shops deliver seven days a week; through the partner network, Sunday delivery is available only on select major holidays.
How do I know if you deliver to my town?
Search the town above or open its state page. Every town we serve has its own page with the cutoff time and what we have delivered there. If a town is not listed, order anyway: availability is checked as soon as we receive the order, and the order is refunded in full if no partner florist can accept it.
Will the flowers look like the photo?
Each design is made by hand from the stems available that day, so a designer may substitute flowers of equal or greater value while keeping the look and colour palette.
Do gift baskets deliver the same way?
No. Gourmet gift baskets ship by carrier nationwide from our gift basket partner, so florist cutoffs do not apply and baskets are not same-day.
Do you deliver to hospitals, funeral homes and schools?
Yes. Add the room, service time or school office details in the delivery instructions. For a funeral, include the service date and time so the florist can time the delivery; school and campus deliveries are placed by 1:30 PM on weekdays.
