Sacred Duty Spray

Sacred Duty grew out of requests for something that could honor a lifetime of service without needing extra words. Our designers built it tall and upright on purpose, so it stands out among other tributes the way the person being honored once did among the people who knew them. It remains one of the more popular sympathy pieces families ask for by name.

What stands inside this spray, how it's sized, and how it reaches the funeral home on time.

What's Included in This Standing Spray for Funeral Services: A seasonal variety of flowers fills a wire-and-foam easel form, built as one full, upright spray rather than a flat piece. Our designers select each stem from that week's flowers so the color reads true in photos, and the finished piece stands entirely on its own without needing a stand borrowed from elsewhere.

A Bold, Patriotic Color Story: Red, white, and blue tones carry this design, a color choice that speaks to duty and country rather than anything muted. It stands out among other tributes without ever feeling showy, the same way the person being honored likely stood out to the people who knew them, a way to pay tribute.

Sizes: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium Options: This spray comes in three sizes, Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. Each step up simply means a fuller spray on the same easel stand, so families can decide based on how much presence they want near the casket.

When to Send Funeral Flowers Like This: A standing spray like this one typically sits near the casket or at the entrance to the visitation, while a wreath more often marks a completed lifetime. Either way, it's a quiet way to honor someone the family lost with compassion, and it reads well in photographs taken that day and kept long after.

Delivery to the Funeral Home: We deliver standing sprays like this one with same-day delivery in most areas nationwide, timed to arrive at the funeral home well ahead of the service. No assembly is needed; it stands ready the moment it's set down.

• This spray needs very little care.
• Keep it out of direct heat and sun, and it will hold up through the day of the visitation without any extra attention from close family.

• Our designers may substitute a stem of equal or greater value if something in this week's flowers runs short, always keeping the same red, white, and blue balance intact.
• We ensure the shape and presence of the spray stay consistent no matter which stems shifted.

What's the difference between a standing spray and a funeral wreath?

A standing spray sits upright on its own easel, usually near the casket or entrance. A wreath is circular and more often marks a life fully lived and completed. Both express the same heartfelt condolences in a slightly different shape.

Can this be delivered straight to the funeral home instead of a house?

Yes, we deliver directly to the funeral home so it's in place before guests arrive. If you're deciding between sizes or unsure what fits best, call the shop and we'll help you choose.
