Daisy bouquet care

Gerbera stems are hollow and dislike deep water. Keep the vase about a third full, change the water every day or two, and re trim the stems at an angle each time. Keep the bouquet out of direct sun and away from fruit, and the daisies will stay bright for a week or more, often longer in cooler homes. If a gerbera head droops, re-trim the stem and stand it in a tall glass for an hour; it usually straightens, and the colors come back as it drinks.
